Allergies in animals are less common than in humans. Tetrapods are not able to definitely declare their malaise, so a mild form of the disease in them often goes unnoticed. If the manifestations of the disease are obvious, they are usually explained by other causes: a runny nose - a cold, constant itching and scratching - the presence of parasites or metabolic disorders.
At the same time, reliable cases of animal allergy to host dander are known.
